Meet the Therapist

Hello! I’m glad you’re here! My name is Mat Wuebben, and I would be honored to be part of your journey.

As a therapist, I value working with those who are highly motivated but perhaps haven’t had the support they need or who have found that no matter what they try, things never seem to get any better.

I want you to know that as a therapist, my goal is to provide you with a supportive space to address the challenges you’re facing. I frame my work through a lens of curiosity, not judgment. If you’ve struggled with shame, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addictions, or questions related to your purpose or beliefs, I’d love to work with you.

As for me, I’m a midwest, farm kid turned Southerner. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, listening to podcasts and music, woodworking, and cooking something new! Have more questions? Please reach out. I’d love to get to know you!
